Specificity It reacts with heavy chains and the majority of light chains on rabbit IgG, does not react with serum albumin of non-immunoglobulin. It may react with immunoglobulins of other species.
Purification This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Reconstitution It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).
