Characteristics |
Absorption / Emission: 495 nm / 528 nm Molar Ratio: 5.9 moles FITC per mole of Goat IgG F(ab')2. |
Purification | This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. |
Alternative Name | Immunoglobulin |
Research Area | Secondary Antibodies, Virology |
Application Notes |
Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as otherantibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence ofF(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
